Working Principle
The separator utilizes screw-type normal-pressure extrusion technology with processing capacity of 20-60 m³ per hour. The fully stainless steel outer frame ensures durability and practicality for breeding farm applications.
Operation begins with a specialized cutting-type submersible sewage pump lifting raw residue-liquid mixture into the separator. Material is evenly distributed across the stainless steel inclined screen via overflow. The screen's unique design features small, smooth surface gaps and larger back gaps, enabling smooth water drainage without blockage. Solid matter is retained while filtered liquid flows through screen gaps and discharges via drainage pipe. Under the inclined screen's effect, solid matter is pushed toward the internal screw shaft and extruded, achieving complete solid-liquid separation.
