The push-flow aerator is a lightweight, multi-functional, adaptable device with powerful aeration, mixing and flow propulsion capabilities. It is widely used in small landscape waters including waterfront residences, artificial lakes, and artificial rivers. In water restoration applications, it effectively reoxygenates and circulates water, stimulates water ecological functions, and maintains self-purification capacity, with multiple installation methods available for different water bodies.
The push-flow aerator is a multi-purpose aeration and oxygenation device. Its rotating impeller displaces water to form gaps, which air fills to create an air-water mixture. The high-speed sail-shaped impeller shears the mixture into dissolved air water, pushing water forward for aeration, mixing and push-flow.
With 3-6 high-speed sail-shaped blades, the impeller cuts gas into uniform tiny bubbles. Secondary shearing by its axial thrust brings an average bubble size of 1.5 mm. The mixture forms a long gas-water diffusion column, extending contact time and greatly boosting oxygen utilization.
Before selecting a U-PSA Push-flow Aerator, it is essential to first determine the oxygen demand, surface size, and depth of the water body.

The push-flow aerator is constructed with SUS304 stainless steel, making it resistant to various corrosive waters. It consists of a motor, impeller, float, float base, air intake chamber, air intake pipe, and safety switch. The product features a compact structure, high performance, low energy loss, light weight, simple installation, and convenient operation.

Floating installation in deep ponds is efficient, and the equipment is unaffected by water level changes. Submersible aerators have four installation options: floating, submerged, deep-water, and bank-mounted.
